Terms & Conditions

This terms and conditions are specific for our web design service.

By using our (Streamline Data Ltd's) products and services, you are bounded by those terms and conditions, which are a legal agreement between you "the Client" and us "Streamline Data Ltd". Please read them carefully before you involve your project.

1. Definition of the terminology used in this document

  • We: Streamline Data Ltd
  • A Project: is any work or service provided to the client by Streamline Data Ltd.
  • A Client: is any person, business, organization, company or other legal entity using services and products provided by Streamline Data Ltd.
  • The finish product: means when the website is on the internet, or delivered to you.

2. Your status as a client

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • If you are obtaining a product or service on a behalf of a business, company, organization or any other entity you are authorized to represent them and accept these terms and conditions of the agreement on their behalf.

3. Charges and payment conditions

  1. The main communication method between you and us will be by email, though you can telephone us, for the sake of clarity, all confirmations of the specified work will be carried out by email. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to notify us, if you change your email.

  2. We only commence a project by obtaining a non-refundable 50% of the quoted price. After your approval of the design work, we will also require 25% of the quoted price. The last 25% will be required, before the website is online or before the finish product is delivered to you. Please note, that we own all the design and code in a website until the final payment received. All Streamline Data Ltd's prices are exc. vat

  3. If you change your mind later after the agreement, and we have already carried out some of the work, please note that we will charge you for the work that is done.

4. Client website contents and intellectual property

  1. It is your responsibility to bring the required material (if agreed) of your website in advance and on time. Failture to do so can result termination of the project. We will attempt to contact you by email.

  2. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the contents of your website including images and text are legal and don't infringe a third parties intellectual property.

  3. We reserve the right to decline to handle any media which is unlawful or inappropriate, any media which constitutes harassment, racism, violence or any other criminal offence.

  4. If we create images for your website, they may only be licensed to you. Which means, that you can only use them for the intended purpose specified in the agreement. If you want to use those images for other purpose, please contact us for clarification.

  5. Please note it is solely your responsibility to protect those images from misuse. Streamline Data Ltd exclude any responsibility of loss or harm that may occur concerning this.

5. Webhosting, Domain and other third party services

Streamline Data Ltd encourages the clients to register their Domain and hosting. But if we register a domain or host your website, we do it through a third party, which means you shall agree fully to abide by their terms and conditions as it is your responsibility to pay the annual fees and all costs related to those services provided to you.

6. Variation and amendments

We have the right to revise, amend, or change these terms and conditions from time to time to (valid at the time of purchase) reflect changes and conditions that are affecting our business strategy. Please visit this page to be familiar with the latest version.

7. Limitation of Claims

Any action or any claim against Streamline Data Ltd must be brought by the user within one (1) year following the date the claim first accurued, or shall be deemed waived.

8. Jurisdiction

Those terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
